A large scale (8' x 8') quilt made up of hand dyed and cut paper envelopes.
This display was intended to showcase a western inspired clothing pod.
Originally intended to be a small scale display, I chose to oversize it to represent an actual handmade fabric quilt.
Hundreds of hand dyed and cut pieces of paper envelopes were pieced together on a sewing machine.
Suspended artfully from rope knotted from the ceiling this quilt hung suspended for a truly one of a kind view.
