Vet Sign

This sign was sculpted for Lynchburg Vet Hospital in Tennessee. The client sent over a file that needed a little clear up before it was ready to be milled.
The sign was machine from 6lb foam on a 4 axis FROG CNC machine. After milling some of the holding points were finessed. A hardcoat sealant was sprayed onto of the foam to protect it from the elements since the sign was to go outside of the Hospital.
The sign was sprayed white before the high points of the sign were hand rolled with black paint. The sign was then sprayed with a clear sealant.
